The construction on the BIA Route 7 aka the casino cut across road Phase I is on-time and projected to be complete by October 2022.
The following changes have been made in Rosebud by the Tribal HQs:
(a) 3 way stop
(b) 3 crosswalks
(c) Rosebud Dam and BIA 7 (casino cut across road) will be accessed by the BIA Fire Dept and LIHEAP.
(d) The original access road will be torn out and reclaimed back to a natural area.
(e) Forestry and Road Maintenance will have access roads to their locations.
The speed limit of 15 remains the same, the 3-way stop will aid in slowing down the traffic. Thank-you for your patience as we continue this improvement to provide you a safe and upgraded travel route. **********************************************************************
