Community Safety Officers (CSO): Purpose: The purpose of the program is to enable communities to assist law enforcement as well as other tribal agencies such as the CHR program, Elderly Nutrition and others. Members of any given community are the best people to serve those needs as they usually know everyone in the community and have a stake in the community’s safety. We are living in some difficult times due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 and we need to be vigilant. Community members are best positioned to do that. (READ MORE HERE) (ACTIVE)
